Description

The Graduate in Training – Customer Service programme at Eskom offers a structured 24-month internship designed to develop practical skills in customer relations, service delivery, and business operations within the energy sector. Graduates will rotate through various Customer Service Sections, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as customer care, pricing, contracts management, marketing services, and contact centre operations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and support customer service policies, procedures, and processes
  • Assist with customer care, relations, and contract management activities
  • Contribute to pricing, billing, and vending management tasks
  • Support marketing services and community engagement initiatives
  • Participate in contact centre operations and customer interaction processes

Qualifications

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Engineering, Social Science, Business Management, or Customer Service (NQF Level 7, 360 Credits)
  • Experience: No prior work experience required
  • Other: Must be willing to undergo a structured training programme within Eskom’s Customer Service Division
